In the event of non-availability, whether before or after you have submitted your Booking, we will offer you alternatives, or you reserve the right to cancel and obtain a refund for the Booking you have made. If you request an alternative that is more expensive than the original Booking, you will pay to us the difference, if the alternative is cheaper, you have the right to obtain a credit."
