If you are yet to provide the details, for fast and efficient collections of empty units from our Zeebrugge terminal, we need to set up your company in the Fastgate system. Please note that this is required to ensure that your vehicle does not get stuck at the Fastgate kiosk.

- A company code - your company code is: ABCD (if you are yet to receive your code it will be provided)
- A pin code - this would be a 4-digit numerical code - please advise the pin code you would like to use.
Could you please advise the container sizes that you will be collecting, and the prefixes for those e.g.
- Unit Type
- Size
- Unit ID Prefix
The driver will then be able to select the correct unit size from the list.
Instructions for your driver
When the driver arrives to collect a unit, they will need to:
- Select 'Pick-up' on the Fastgate menu
- Select EMPTY from the options
- Enter the company code and pin code
- Select either Container or Trailer
- For container: select the correct unit size from the list
- For trailer: type in the Trailer ID
- The Fastgate will automatically record the number of the unit they have collected when they exit
We recommend for security that you change the pin code regularly. To change your pin code please email the new pin code to: Freightgate.Zeebrugge@poferries.com.
